Jeanette Metzger-Thorp Returns To Active Real Estate Sales At Zia Realty Group In Los Alamos

Jeanette Metzger-Thorp has returned to active real estate sales.

Metzger-Thorp has partnered with Amy Woods of Zia Realty Group and said she is excited about getting back into real estate full time and anxious to reconnect with her old customers and make new ones.

Metzger-Thorp has been in real estate for 25 years, during which time she was the owner/broker of Pajarito Realtors and Prudential Real Estate. She has served on the Los Alamos Association of Realtors (LAAOR) board, twice as president, and was as a director at the local and state levels.

As a resident of Los Alamos for more than 50 years, Metzger-Thorp raised her two children here. While they were in school, Metzger-Thorp was active in coaching and managing little league, lassie league and soccer. Her grandsons now attend school in Los Alamos.  Metzger-Thorp also has served on the Family YMCA Board, Chamber of Commerce and Relay for Life.

After two bouts with cancer, Metzger-Thorp took some time off from real estate. She married Donald, an engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory. They make their home in White Rock with their two Westies, Buddyboy and Spencer Malone.

Metzger-Thorp also owns Curves in Los Alamos.
