James Billen of Los Alamos passed away peacefully in his home Saturday, April 14, 2018 due to complications of Multiple System Atrophy. He was surrounded by friends and family.
A memorial service is being held for him at 10 a.m. Monday, June 18 at the Los Alamos Unitarian Church.
