About Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church:
The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is an ecumenical church. It has full communion agreements with seven other national church bodies.
Bethlehem reflects that ecumenical openness working closely with Trinity-on-the-Hill Episcopal Church, the United Church, First United Methodist Church, and more recently, with White Rock Presbyterian Church. Bethlehem also is a member of the Los Alamos Ministerial Association, the Los Alamos Faith and Science Forum and the founding congregation of Somos Amigos.
“Imagine if every church became a place where everyone is safe, but no one is comfortable. Imagine if every church became a place where we told one another the truth. We might just create sanctuary.” –Rachel Held Evans
“Come as you are; God already loves you.” (Also, we usually have doughnuts and coffee.) –Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church
