HOPE News:
HOPE Pregnancy Center, Inc. will present Chocolate and Chuckles, a comedy and dessert night featuring Kenn Kington Saturday, Feb. 18 at Crossroads Bible Church.
Join HOPE for its 4th Annual Chocolate and Chuckles as they take some time for “Puttin’ on the Ritz!” This 1920s-themed event will feature entertainment provided by comedian Kenn Kington, desserts, an online silent auction, and a special appearance by Derrick Tennant.
“Chocolate and Chuckles is a great opportunity to support HOPE while enjoying entertainment from a family-friendly, award-winning comedian. Every year, Chocolate and Chuckles is a fun and unique event, and this year will not disappoint,” HOPE Board Chair Joanne Lestone said.
Chocolate and Chuckles is free and open to the community. Attendees are encouraged (but not required) to dress up in their favorite 1920s era or ritziest garb.
To ensure there are enough seats and desserts, tickets should be reserved by visiting www.hpcla.org/chocolate-and-chuckles while they last.
Childcare will be available for all in-person attendees; upon registering for in-person tickets, attendees will receive a confirmation email with a link to the form to register for childcare. Please register by Feb. 10 in order to be able to reserve childcare. During the evening an opportunity to give will be extended, and all proceeds will support HOPE’s mission and services.
