All Los Alamos students interested in playing football are encouraged to attend the Strength and Conditioning Workout this summer Workouts 8-10 a.m. Monday through Thursday, June 9-July 25, with makeup sessions/open gym 8-10 a.m. Fridays.
Those participating will be in the weight room 8-9 a.m. and on the field 9-10 a.m. for conditioning and fundamentals. Bring cleats to every workout.
Players are encouraged to make as many workouts as possible. Anyone unable to make the scheduled time for lifting because of a job or other circumstance, let Coach Williams know so he can arrange other lift time opportunities.
All players are strongly encouraged to get in all of their workouts each week. This is necessary to prepare all players mentally and physically for the challenging season, but most of all to reduce the possibility of injury.
