Help LA Walks Develop Ideas to Ensure Pedestrian Safety and Convenience

Community News:

The community is invited to meet with the LA Walks advocacy group to help develop ideas that will ensure pedestrian safety and convenience in Los Alamos County.

The meeting is 5-6 p.m., April 8 at Mesa Public Library, upstairs in meeting Room 1.

LA Walks is a citizens’ group supporting pedestrian safety, accessibility, convenience, and comfort throughout the community. The group is actively engaged with the Transportation Board, TAPS (Trails and Pathways Subcommittee), County staff, other volunteer organizations, private developers and the public to make Los Alamos a safer and more enjoyable place to walk.
