Business News:

The community is invited to experience an introduction to UnQuarked – The Wine Room at 145 Central Park Square 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday in downtown Los Alamos.

In case you have not heard the buzz, Anasazi Fields Winery, Vivac Winery and Black’s Smuggler Winery are partnering to open a shared wine bar at this location. Although they are still waiting on a couple of permits and the space is not quite ready for an official grand opening, the partners have pulled celebration permits for all three wineries to participate in this Saturday’s ChamberFest.

“We will have The Wine Room open from 11 a.m. to 6. p.m. for free wine tasting and the opportunity to purchase – for the first time in Los Alamos – wines from all three of us,” Anasazi Fields Winery owner Jim Fish said. “We will have sales by the glass and by the bottle. Food for lunch is available at ChamberFest booths. Bring in lunch and we will suggest wine pairings.”
