The Los Alamos Sustainable Energy Network (LASE) invites the community to attend a strategy session at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday to learn how to help advocate for more renewable energy adoption in Los Alamos County.

  • What:  Community strategy meeting to discuss a planned cohesive response to the BPU proposed net metering fee increase

  • Where: Film Festival, 3801 Arkansas Ave.

The Los Alamos Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is considering a proposed electric rate restructure and increase. The proposed rate includes a new charge for Solar PV net-metered customers and a Power Cost Adjustment charge for all Department of Public Utility (DPU) customers.
