Staff Report

Today marked the annual Fall Fiesta fundraiser at Little Forest Playschool at 3880 Villa St.

Family, friends and neighbors gathered for a family-friendly day of carnival games and activities, prizes, petting zoo, bubble pit, bouncy houses, dunk tank, “alpine slide”, food and more.

Los Alamos Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kurt Steinhaus and Los Alamos County Councilor James Chrobocinski volunteered to be dunked along with Little Forest staff and board members.

Little Forest Playschool is a 505(c)3 non-profit, parent cooperative, childcare center that depends upon fundraisers throughout the year to help defray operational costs, as well as to provide funding for a limited number of need-based scholarships.
