COUNTY News:
The community is invited to attend the Fuller Lodge Historic Districts Advisory Board (FLHDAB) meeting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at Fuller Lodge in the Pajarito Room.
The main item on the agenda is an update regarding the ongoing design for the Fuller Lodge Renovations Phases 2-4 and the Historical Museum Renovations. Display boards will be available starting at 5 p.m. for review. The FLHDAB chair will call the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend, listen to the presentation and provide comments.
Fuller Lodge Phases 2-4 Renovation includes work on the west and east entries, remodel of the first floor restrooms, wing window replacements, stucco color coat, wood inlay refreshing, remodel of the reception area, landscaping, concrete work near the kitchen entrance, and replacement of the existing elevator.
The Historical Museum work includes numerous exterior refurbishments, HVAC replacement, fire alarm work, ADA restroom upgrades, floor refinishing and other associated work. Once Mullen-Heller Architects completes design, bid documents will be developed and advertised with a target award of construction in late fall 2015. Renovations on both facilities would begin in January 2016.
