Fort Union Announces Junior Ranger Camp 2018

Fort Union has announced this year’s Junior Ranger Camp at which participants will learn about the history of the fort, how the adobe ruins are preserved and the plants and animals that call Fort Union home.

Junior Ranger Camp Schedule: 

  • Thursday, June 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for 7-9 year olds; and
  • Friday, June 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for 10-12 year olds.

Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. and the Junior Ranger swearing in ceremony is 3:30 p.m. Bring comfortable shoes, a hat and lunch (water will be provided).

Register early, there are only 20 spots each day. Call 505.425.8025 ext. 0.
