Ingredients:

Around 20 frozen dough dinner rolls, defrosted
10 pieces of bacon, fried until crispy and then crumbled
2-3 oz of melted butter
2 cloves of garlic, pressed and added to the butter
Italian Seasonings
Thyme
Good parmesan cheese, grated fine. (Optional)
Piece of aluminum foil to cover the pan during the last part of cooking.

Directions:

Take each piece of dough and split it in half. With your thumb make a well in the center of each piece. Put a little bit of the crumbled pieces of bacon in the center and then pinch the ball back together and place seam side down on the greased baking pan.

Once all of the dough balls are filled, set the pan in a warm place (90 degrees) for an hour so the dough can rise.

After the dough has risen, brush the garlic butter gently on the top of the balls and sprinkle with spices and cheese.

Bake at 375 degree oven about 25 minutes, until golden brown, Check the bread a few times at the end of the baking to make sure it is not getting too brown. Rotate the pan and cover loosely with the piece of aluminum foil and finish cooking
