This week’s recipe:
Rice & Mushrooms

ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can french onion soup
- 2 small cans of mushrooms (juice from 1can, drain the other can)
- 1 stick of butter
directions:

Dump everything in an 8×8 baking pan, stir one time and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This is a wonderful side dish to take to parties and it is quick to make (1-1/2 minutes to put together) and it tastes great!
