Ingredients:

2 cups of cold chicken, sliced long and thin
4 cups of lettuce, sliced long and thin
¼ of a cup of carrots, sliced thin and about3/4 inch long
wonton strips
Creamy Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing (recipe follows)
2/3 cup thousand island dressing (I use Kens,it has less pickles)

Water, enough to thin it a little bit the next day

Directions:

Mix together the dressing the day before if possible.

Layer the salad ingredients and spoon the dressing over the salad.  Have some extra dressing on the table in case people would like to add more. This makes enough for two large servings. So, as you can tell from the recipe there are carrots in it. After the salad was eaten, I found my carrots on the kitchen counter. Oops!
