Ingredients:
Directions:
You can get the high altitude flour at Walmart. It is higher in protein, and a finer grind. This was the first time I tried it, and I think it did well. I want to keep trying it in baked goods to see if it out performs bread flour.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl and set aside. In a small sauce pan combine butter, sugar, water and bring “just to a boil.”
Then remove from heat and add 1 cup of chocolate and vanilla and stir until melted. Cool slightly! Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Add remaining cup of chocolate. Mix together, pour into a greased 9x 9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
