Food on the Hill: Dipping Olive Oil

Dipping Olive Oil

Ingredients:
 
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon rosemary crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
1-2 teaspoon kosher salt
ground pepper
red pepper flakes
4-5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon parsley

Simmer on stove top for 4-5 minutes to combine,cool.  keeps for a very long time in fridge. serve at room temp.
 
Good for breads and over hummus also.
