Los Alamos resident Sue Ellen Hains showcases her collages in the exhibit, “A Quiet Place: An Exhibit of Collages,” in the Portal Gallery of Fuller Lodge Art Center today through Sept. 19.

“Preparing for this exhibit gave me the opportunity to explore many facets of my life, real and imagined, heard and unheard,” Hains said. “It all came together with collage- the perfect medium to bring order out of chaos.”

Fuller Lodge Art Center, 2132 Central Ave., is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Concurrent with the display in the Portal Gallery, visitors may also see “Celebration of Clay 2020: Perspectives” in the main gallery.
