Find the League of Women Voters of Los Alamos (LWVLA) 2020 Voter Guide, for the Nov. 3 General Election, inserted in Thursday’s print edition of the Los Alamos Daily Post newspaper, which is delivered by mail to every home and business in Los Alamos County.

The League of Women Voters, a non-partisan political organization for men and women, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. As a non-partisan organization, the League does not support, oppose, or make recommendations regarding any political party or candidate.

ESSENTIAL DATES

  • Tuesday, Oct. 6: Voter registration closes for online registration and registration by mail  
  • Tuesday, Oct. 20: Deadline for requesting an absentee ballot

EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING LOS ALAMOS AND WHITE ROCK

  • Oct. 6-16, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Los Alamos County Municipal Building
  • Oct. 17-31, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Municipal Building and at the White Rock Town Hall

EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING ENDS SATURDAY, OCT. 31.

Nov. 3, Tuesday Election Day

Eligible voters may vote 7 a.m.to 7 p.m. at any Vote Center:

  • Los Alamos County Municipal Building;
  • White Rock Town Hall; and
  • Los Alamos County Golf Course.
