Los Alamos Middle School and High School students are invited to Destress Fest the Wednesday of Finals Week.
Los Alamos teens work hard in school and deserve some time to unwind during this stressful time of year. Research has shown that brief mental breaks improve performance on prolonged tasks, and what better mental break than Inflatable Sumo Wrestling, Jousting and an Obstacle Course?!
This Hawaiian-themed bash also will include food, desserts (which is “stressed” spelled backwards), prizes and a photo booth. The event will be hosted by the First Baptist Church of Los Alamos Youth Group and will be completely free.
Here are the details:
From 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 27
First Baptist Church of Los Alamos
2200 Diamond Dr.
Inflatables, Food, Prizes, Desserts, Photo Booth
Bring your friends and come unwind at this year’s Destress Fest!
