County Councilor James Chrobocinski, a strong supporter of community recreation and sports programs arrived at this evening’s meeting with assistance from his wife Jacqui and their son JJ after having shoulder surgery today. He explained that this final meeting on the recreation projects for the 2017 bond election is too important for him to miss, adding that he is in a lot of pain and will need to excuse himself to go home following this agenda item.
