Final Budget Hearing Underway In Council Chambers

The fourth, and barring anything unforeseen, final night of hearings for the FY-2016 proposed budget is underway this evening in Council Chambers. First on the agenda is the $13.42 million Community and Economic Development Department proposed budget.
