This is my 19th year walking to raise funds for breast cancer. My journey started when I found a lump in my left breast.
Since then I have lost my mother-in-law, my cousin and a dear friend to breast cancer.
Along the way I have walked with hundreds of survivors, and walked with thousands who lost mothers, sisters, wives, husbands, fathers, brothers and friends.

Every year, May is recognized nationally as Mental Health Awareness Month.
The statistics are clear: approximately one in five children and adults in the U.S. will experience a mental health challenge every year, and the national rate of suicidal ideation in teens is on the rise.
