FBI News:
The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the “High Top Robber,” who is responsible for a bank robbery Monday, May 2, 2022.
At approximately 10:25 a.m., an unknown male entered Wells Fargo, 3022 Central Ave. SE in Albuquerque. The suspect verbally demanded money from a teller. The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and ran southwest toward Dartmouth Drive SE.
Suspect’s Description:
- Sex: Male
- Age: 20s
- Height: Approximately 5’6″
- Race: Native American or Hispanic
- Clothing: Gray pullover sweater, dark baseball cap, sunglasses, dark mask covering lower half of face, dark pants, black and white high top basketball shoes.
- Other: The suspect carried what appeared to be clothes in his hand.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.
