FBI: Roswell Fugitive Arrested, Another Added In Multi-Agency Drug Investigation

Susana Ceballos, 35, of Roswell, who was wanted in connection with a multi-agency drug investigation, has been arrested in Roswell by the FBI.
 
Javier A. Madrid, 27, of Roswell, has been added as a fugitive in connection with this operation. Madrid is 5’7”, weighs approximately 168 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair.
 
This investigation is led by the FBI, DEA, Chaves County Metro Narcotics Task Force, Roswell Police Department, Chaves County Sheriff’s Office, and New Mexico State Police.
 
Anyone with information about Madrid’s whereabouts is asked to notify the FBI at 505.889.1300. Tips also can be submitted online at https://tips.fbi.gov.

The public is reminded all defendants are considered innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
