FBI: Navajo Nation Seeks Public’s Assistance On Mexican Citizen’s Death In Fort Wingate

FBI News:

The FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the circumstances surrounding the death of Medardo Gutierrez-Lopez, a citizen of Mexico.

Gutierrez-Lopez was found deceased July 6, 2020, near the frontage road north of Interstate 40 and east of Exit 33 in Fort Wingate on the Navajo Nation.

The cause of death is undetermined. The FBI and Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety are investigating.
