FBI Arrests Española Man In Death Of Woman

FBI News:
 
The FBI has arrested an Española man in connection with the death of a Native American woman.
 
Douglas D. Smith, 68, had an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque Tuesday. The victim’s body was found near an Española motel last Saturday morning.
 
The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
