FBI, Albuquerque Police Look For ‘Ninja Bank Robber’

FBI News:

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the “Ninja Bank Robber”, an individual responsible for a bank robbery Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

At approximately 3:30 p.m., the unknown male entered Bank of the West, 5401 Central Ave NE. The suspect presented a note to the teller demanding money from the bank. The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and left.

Suspect’s Description:

  • Sex: Male
    Race: Black
    Age: 30-35 years old
    Height: 5’8″
    Weight: 200 pounds
    Clothing: Black bandana, black scarf concealing his face, black T-shirt, black pants.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.

Bank robbery carries a possible prison term of up to 20 years. The use of a gun, other dangerous weapon, toy gun, or hoax bomb device during the commission of a bank robbery can be punishable by a prison term of up to 25 years.
