Fall Fiesta Coming To Valles Caldera In October

JEMEZ SPRINGS — Oct. 7-15, Valles Caldera National Preserve is hosting the Valles Caldera Fall Fiesta—a time of specially themed ranger programs, family activities, cultural demonstrations and artwork, and educational booths celebrating the natural and cultural resources and values of the park.

Daily themes include volcanoes, cultural history, ecology, wildlife, sustainability and astronomy.

With bugling bull elk, glimmering fall colors and cool mountain air, this is a fantastic time to visit Valles Caldera for the first time or the hundredth.
