Interested in learning, resuming or playing what probably is still the world’s most popular card game? Looking for mental stimulation? A regular bridge game will be offered starting July 16 with local players offering free instruction.
The game will be held 5-8 p.m. Thursdays in the second floor meeting room at Mesa Public Library.
The local duplicate club realizes that working people are unable to play at the twice-weekly Monday and Wednesday afternoon games at the senior centers in White Rock and Los Alamos. So this evening game will be quite informal and provide instruction for both raw or interested beginners, and immediate playing opportunity for more experienced players who want to brush up.
The game is open to all ages and participants are welcome to bring a partner.

For the time being the duplicate bridge club will continue its 10 a.m. to noon Saturday session at Mesa Top Games at #109 Central Park Square.
