Enterprise Bank & Trust is among the first banks to provide Video Teller Machines (VTMs) in the region and is installing nine at various locations throughout Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Albuquerque – including the Los Alamos National Laboratory campus.

“It is so exciting to provide our loyal customer base with state of the art technology,” Los Alamos Market President Liddie Martinez said. “This ITM enables customers to preform their normal and simple cash transactions but offers the option to engage in a deeper, more personalized banking experience.”

A VTM is an ATM with the functionality to video conference with a live Enterprise teller.

Extended hours and bilingual services are offered at the VTMs, where the user is connected with a remote teller to communicate in real time to perform          a transaction.

“It is important to invest in the community and enhance our customer experience, and technological innovation is one of the best ways we can accomplish this goal,” Martinez said. “These VTMs provide many benefits for our customers, including extended hours, paperless transactions and faster transaction time with the addition of our virtual teller team.”

Enterprise customers can expect VTM remote tellers available 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST, Monday through Saturday and 24-hour ATM Monday through Sunday. The VTMs provide customers added convenience with drive-up access at branch locations and an expanded footprint to receive live teller assistance with their transactions and questions.
“We are always looking for new ways to make doing business with us easier and as convenient as possible for our customers,” Martinez said. “The Los Alamos National Laboratory is a perfect partner and location to roll out this new technology because it provides a convenient location for their employees to do their banking.”
