Santa Fe Parliamentary Unit News:

Learn how to accomplish business without wasting time … a valuable seminar for non-profit agency board members as well as members of community organizations.

The Santa Fe Parliamentary Unit will present a 90-minute seminar entitled, “Effective Board Meetings” 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 14 at the White Rock Branch Library, 10 Sherwood Blvd. in White Rock.

The interactive seminar will provide information and practical applications of effective procedures. Hand-outs will be provided to all participants.

Those who pre-register will receive a free copy of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised In Brief.

Participants will participate in planning an agenda, presiding at a meeting, and  introducing business before a board.
