COUNTY News:

The Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) administrative office and the Customer Care Center at 1000 Central Ave., Suite 130, will close during the lunch hour 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2.

In celebration of the holiday season, DPU management will be hosting an appreciation luncheon for all DPU employees.

“We’ve had an incredible year so far and are looking forward to this opportunity to gather everyone in the same place,” Utilities Manager Philo Shelton said. “We thank our customers for understanding and allowing us this short break, and we wish everyone a safe, happy holiday season.”
