YMCA News:

As a bonus, the first 50 golfers registered for this Saturday’s YMCA Ed Griggs Memorial tournament are receiving a local shopping discount card entitling people to percentage discounts off of services and restaurants. A handful of discount cards are still available.

The tournaments is 1-6 p.m. at Los Alamos Golf Course, and serves as a fundraiser for the Y’s annual scholarship campaign.
The tournament features a shot gun start/scramble that includes games of chance throughout the course. The per-player cost is $85 dollars and provides team golf carts; a hole-in-one try for a 2015 Dodge or Jeep from Desert Sun of Española; 3 Mulligans; and dinner ticket.

There will be net and gross score winners, hole prizes and raffle drawings. The total prizes are valued at over $40,000. A team requires four players, so individuals are asked to get 3 friends to commit and register as soon as possible.
Interested people may register by clicking here, and hit the “Player Sign-up” button. The website address is http://www.tournevents.com/_tournament/?event=thefamilyymca

People may also register at the YMCA, 1450 Iris St.
