Daylight Savings Time Starts 2 a.m. Sunday

Daylight Savings Time takes place at 2 a.m., Sunday when clocks are turned forward by one hour.

Daylight Saving Time is the practice of setting clocks forward one hour from standard time during the summer months, and back again in the fall, in order to make better use of natural daylight.

Sunrise and sunset will occur about one hour later Sunday than the day before. There will be more light in the evening.
