Crews with AUI, Inc. of Albuquerque began the project March 29, which includes the extension of a 10-foot wide hard surface trail connecting the terminus of the Canyon Rim Trail and existing trailhead to Entrada Drive beneath N.M. 502 via a reinforced concrete box structure. The project is funded through a Federal Transportation Alternatives grant and County Capital Improvement Project funds. Photo by Jenn Bartram/ladailypost.com
