County Update On Trash/Recycling For Los Alamos

COUNTY News:
 
Residents with Tuesday as their pick up day (Western, Quemazon and Denver Steels area and other streets near those areas), Los Alamos County Environmental Services will be picking up trash Friday, Jan. 4 on those streets. This will provide snow clearing crews some additional time Thursday to clear snow back further to  curbs and sidewalks in these areas.
 
Residents are asked to refrain from setting put carts Thursday but rather wait until before 8 a.m. Friday. If able, residents are asked to help trucks with cart pick up by shoveling out a spot away from the edge of the road for their carts. This will keep roads as clear as possible.

Tuesday pick up for trash and recycling in White Rock is continuing today and crews report that it is going smoothly.
