Los Alamos County has published its FY15 & FY16 proposed budget. Citizens may access the document from the County’s website at www.losalamosnm.us on the Office of Management and Budget webpage.
Reference copies also are available at the Mesa and White Rock public libraries, at the 311 Customer Care Center inside the Municipal Building lobby or at the Office of the County Administrator in the Municipal Building, Suite 350.
Budget hearings are set for April 21, 22, 28 and 29. All hearings will be 7 p.m. in Chambers. Until the Council adopts the budget, it is still open for discussion and change. Citizens unable to attend hearings may comment in a variety of ways:
