County Planner Speaks at ‘Lunch With a Leader’ March 14

LWV News:

League of Women Voters “Lunch with a Leader” is 11:40 a.m. Thursday, March 14 at Mesa Public  Library.  

As always, the entire community is welcome to attend. The speaker is Gary Leikness, principal planner of the Los Alamos Community and Economic Development Department.

Leikness has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon.

He moved to Los Alamos in June 2010, from Rexburg, Ida. where he was a planning and zoning administrator. Prior to that, he was a planner for Lincoln City, Ore. Fort Worth, Texas and Provo, Utah.

He will discuss the work he is doing to complete the comprehensive plan envisioned by the community.

She needs to have those orders by 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 12.  Lunch is not necessary to attend the talk.
