County Libraries And Social Services Division Announce After-Hours Outreach To Assist Community Members

COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County Social Services Division will offer evening hours at Los Alamos County Libraries to better assist people that may not be able to meet during regular business hours.

Once a week on Wednesday evenings, alternating the Mesa Public Library and the White Rock Branch Library, Social Services Case Coordination Specialist, Deni Fell, will be available to talk with community members.

After a very successful pilot this spring, the program will continue through the end of the year.

Community members curious about available programs, or in need of assistance with housing services, utility payments, food instability, or connections to other resources in the county are encouraged to stop by for a one-on-one meeting to learn how Social Services may be able to help.

No appointment is necessary.
