County Democratic Convention 7 p.m. Wednesday

DEMOCRATIC PARTY News:

The Democratic County Convention is 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 at Fuller Lodge. Refreshments will be provided.

 

Important elections will be held at the County Convention, including  Party Chair and Vice-Chair, and Ward Leadership as well as County Central Committee and State Central Committee members.
 
The County Central Committee votes on actions that are taken as a County Party including, yearly budget and proposed activities.
 
“If you want a say in how we run our County Party, it is important for you to get involved and be a member of our County Central Committee,” Committee Chair Mike Wheeler said. “Most importantly, it’s just fun to get together and spend a little time with other local Democrats. We’re a friendly, energetic group, but we can always use more people who are willing to share their opinions and want to help us get Democrats elected.”
