County Council Withdraws Proposed Ordinance For Downtown Pedestrian Retail Overlay Zone

Members of the public listen and provide input regarding the proposed ordinance to create a downtown pedestrian retail overlay zone Tuesday night during the Los Alamos County Council meeting. After a lengthy discussion and several motions, Councilor Sean Williams who originally introduced the measure, brought forward a motion to withdraw it and council passed that motion 5-1 with Councilor David Reagor opposing.
