COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County has announced that construction will begin Monday, June 1, on Phase 3 of the Jemez Mountain Fire Protection Project (JMFPP).

This final phase will involve heavy machinery moving large equipment for the construction of four water booster stations.

The County asks motorists to avoid using Camp May Road from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The County thanks the community for its cooperation as the work continues toward completion of the JMFPP.
