Los Alamos County Council unanamously the proposed White Rock Civic Center (WRCC) Phase 2 CIP Project in accordance with reduced project scope Option 1 (Distributed Functions on County Property) by using the County-owned Piñon Park site for construction of a new White Rock Branch Library, for in-place renovation and improvement of the existing White Rock Youth Activity Center, and for integration of existing and new outdoor amenities; and by using the County-owned White Rock Municipal Complex for in-place renovation and expansion of the existing White Rock Senior Center as presented with either Scenario A or B. The decision of either Scenario A or B would be recommended by the White Rock Master Plan Implementation Committee and then approved by the County Administrator.
