County Council tentatively approved 7-0 the FY 2022 proposed budget for the County Attorney’s Office during its Monday night budget hearing. County Attorney Alvin Leaphart, bottom right, reported that the Los Alamos County Attorney’s Office proposed FY-2022 budget is $828,319. There are two budget add-on options, which are $150,000 for professional legal services for the pending EPA lawsuit as well as $149,112 for an associate attorney. Screenshot/LADP
