Council Approves Rezoning Southeast Corner of N.M. 4 and Rover Boulevard in White Rock

County Senior Planner Dan Osborn briefs Council this evening on revisions to the official zoning map of Los Alamos County by rezoning approximately 2.1 acres of land, on the southeast corner of N.M. 4 and Rover Boulevard in White Rock Neighborhood 4 from P-L (Public Lands) and C-2 (Commercial) to DT-NCO (Downtown Neighborhood Center) Zone effective 30 days after publication of notice of its adoption.
