Vice Chair James Robinson was absent from the meeting.

Although he approved the submission, Williams proposed holding a public forum at either a work session or calling a special session to collect public input on the infrastructure projects identified in the submission.

In other business, the council:

He said he was pleased to report that there was an increase in compliance. The previous week, 100 employees were tested whereas this week only 29 employees needed to be tested. Lynne added that as a result of Los Alamos National Laboratory now requiring all its employees and contractors be vaccinated to be onsite, the County is discussing possibly requiring all its employees to be vaccinated as well.
