Agenda items include:

• An introduction of new Bandelier Superintendent Patrick Suddath;
• A public hearing on adopting the Downtown Master Plan and White Rock Town Center Master Plan as an amendment to the 2016 Comprehensive Plan;
• A public hearing on adopting a Resolution for accepting public infrastructure for Mirador Subdivision pursuant to the development agreement for certain real property within Site A-19-A-2 and acceptance of dedication of right-of-way and public improvements in the Mirador Subdivision;
• A public hearing to designate the United Church under Historic Preservation; and
• Consideration of the purchase, sale and development agreement for property at 3661 and 3689 Trinity Dr.
