Cottonwood On The Greens And Fleur De Lys Owners Collaborate On New Food Items For Their Eateries

Marcel Remillieux, left, of Fleur de Lys French gourmet food store, tea salon and coffee house and Pawel Listwan of Cottonwood on the Greens restaurant are collaborating to provide French style, homemade quiche for their customers. Remillieux, who was born on the Island of Corsica, comes from a long line of patisserie chefs, and Listwan, who is known for his homemade Polish pierogis, made their first batch of 20 quiches this morning. Their selection will be sold at both locations. Cottonwood is offering a generous slice of quiche with a side salad with choice of dressing while Fleur de Lys will sell quiche by the slice to eat in-house or take home. Courtesy photo
