COMMUNITY News:

Coro de Cámara concludes its 2017-18 season with “Endless Song,” a reflection upon the unending and ever-present song that flows within our world and stirs our hearts.

It is Part Two of “Our Journey,” an overarching theme that examines our paths through life; Part One was the popular “Circle of Life” program, which Coro presented in June 2015.

“Endless Song” features narration with moving poems and readings, and music by living composers including Ola Gjeilo, Daniel Elder, Z. Randall Stroope, Dan Forrest and Teddy Kalanda Harrison. Gifted pianists Nathan Salazar and Cindy Little return to Coro; Anne Marsh from “Circle of Life” returns as narrator; and vocalist Elisa Enriquez, violinist Wade Wheelock and percussionist Joe Cox are special musical guests.

Performances are 7 p.m. Friday, April 13, at the Unitarian Church of Los Alamos, 1738 N. Sage St.; 4 p.m. Saturday, April 14  at the Immaculate Heart Chapel, 50 Mount Carmel Road in Santa Fe and 3 p.m. Sunday, April 15 at the United Church of Los Alamos, 2525 Canyon Road.
