Cornell Lab of Ornithology presents an Online Workshop Paint Along with Liz Clayton Fuller of the Cedar Waxwing bird, 2-4 p.m. (Eastern Time) Saturday, May 21.

During this online workshop, science illustrator Clayton Fuller will guide you ​step-by-step through the process of painting a Cedar Waxwing. Fuller will take you from blank paper, to sketch, to finished painting while explaining her techniques and strategies along the way.

You’ll learn watercolor tips for creating feathers, beaks, branches, and more. Some sketching and watercolor experience might make you more comfortable during this workshop, but all skill levels are welcome!
